We are searching for an experienced Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) who is committed to making a positive impact. Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Responsibilities:
- Perform client evaluations and create tailored treatment strategies for children and adolescents.
- Facilitate therapy sessions employing a variety of therapeutic approaches.
- Use behavior management techniques to address client-specific needs.
- Maintain comprehensive and compliant medical records.
- Engage in continuous professional learning to refine therapeutic methodologies.
Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year with a full benefits package.
Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- State licensure/certification (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
- At least two years of professional experience in mental health therapy.
- Proficiency in building effective client relationships.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems is a plus.
