Position Details:
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Competitive compensation package, including $90,000 - $110,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
2. Develop and adjust treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
3. Guide clients in understanding emotions and interpersonal dynamics.
4. Maintain accurate and detailed client records and track progress.
Requirements:
1. Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
2. Active independent licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in Alaska.
3. At least two years of experience in clinical mental health settings.
