We are hiring skilled Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors to join our forward-thinking team. This is your chance to deliver exceptional care through virtual therapy sessions, supporting individuals, families, and groups across diverse age ranges.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and group therapy, conducting assessments to identify suitable treatment options.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Director to shape engaging therapeutic programs.
- Contribute as a valued member of the credentialing committee.
- Attend interdisciplinary meetings to coordinate care with psychiatric providers and clinical staff.
- Develop tailored treatment plans and track patient progress.
- Evaluate patient responses and adapt therapeutic strategies as needed.
- Document therapy sessions and outcomes using approved systems.
- Fulfill other assigned duties.
Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually with full benefits
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited institution.
- Active LPCC licensure.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience.
- Proficiency in evidence-based treatment approaches, including cognitive-behavioral and narrative therapies.
- A patient-first mindset, valuing feedback for continuous improvement.
- Willingness to collaborate across disciplines and integrate local knowledge.
