Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 annually, plus benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments.
- Analyze and incorporate findings into detailed clinical summaries.
- Design personalized treatment plans with clear objectives and strategies.
- Document progress and treatment pathways in a professional and organized manner.
- Track and communicate updates on patient progress to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate efficiently with peers, clients, and management.
- Maintain awareness and ensure performance meets safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field.
- Active LPCC license in the state.
- A minimum of 2 years of counseling experience.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Skilled in utilizing telehealth tools and multiple technology platforms.
- Strong ability to perform comprehensive evaluations and assessments.
