Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Responsibilities:- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy in an in-person setting.
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based interventions, such as CBT, DBT, and EMDR, to address emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers.
- Maintain detailed and compliant documentation in line with California state regulations.
- Participate in regular team meetings, case consultations, and ongoing training.
- Active LMFT license in Oregon (in good standing).
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient mental health settings.
- Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus.
