We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our team and provide high-quality mental health support from the comfort of your own home.
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Responsibilities:- Provide virtual therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on client needs.
- Utilize evidence-based interventions (e.g., CBT, EFT, Gottman Method) in telehealth sessions.
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and ongoing evaluations remotely.
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation.
- Adhere to confidentiality and HIPAA regulations in all virtual communications.
- Collaborate with a remote team of clinicians and participate in online case consultations.
- Utilize secure telehealth platforms and technology effectively.
- Active LMFT license in the state of California
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (telehealth experience preferred).
- Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care).
- Strong technical skills and comfort with virtual therapy platforms.
- Excellent communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills.
