We are looking for independently licensed clinicians with one of the following credentials:
- LMFT, LCSW, LPCC
Position Details:
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client needs and treatment goals.
- Develop individualized care plans that promote meaningful change.
- Provide therapy to adults using evidence-based, client-centered techniques.
- Address urgent mental health situations with a calm and professional approach.
- Stay informed on best practices and participate in continuing education.
Salary Range: $110,000 to $130,000 annually, plus benefits
Required Qualifications:
- Active LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD license.
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients.
- Compassionate and client-centered approach to therapy.
- Strong organizational skills for managing sessions and documentation.
