Position Overview:
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Core Duties:
- Perform thorough assessments to gain insight into client needs.
- Craft and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Lead therapy sessions using proven, results-oriented techniques.
- Handle crisis intervention situations with skill and empathy.
- Engage in continuous professional development activities.
Compensation: $110,000 to $130,000 annually, plus benefits
Requirements:
- Active LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD license.
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- A thoughtful and empathetic approach to client care.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
