$110,000 - $130,000 per year with full benefits
Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments and establish individualized therapy goals.
- Lead both one-on-one and group therapy sessions.
- Maintain accurate and secure documentation of client progress.
- Continuously evaluate therapy outcomes.
- Connect clients with community support systems.
- Offer psychotherapy for individuals, families, and groups.
- Record and manage therapy plans.
- Provide direct care assistance when necessary.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work).
- Licensed as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.
- Two years of hands-on experience in mental health counseling.
