Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of cardiology conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Provide expert advice on preventative care and heart health management.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on cardiovascular conditions, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in cardiology and integrate new practices into patient care.
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree with a focus on cardiology or a Family Nurse Practitioner program that includes cardiology coursework.
- Cardiology Certified Nurse Practitioner (CCNP) credential offered by the Cardiology Nursing Certification Board (CNBC).
- 2 years’ experience in cardiology, primary care, or a related field as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
