Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 annually

- Type: Full-time
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM | Two Saturdays per month, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Patient Volume: Up to 20 patients daily
- Location: Brooklyn, NY. Rotating between offices in Bay Ridge, East Flatbush, and East New York
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical exams, and diagnostic tests
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers
- Provide primary and specialty healthcare services, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses
- Offer counseling and education to patients and their families on health promotion, disease prevention, and self-care strategies
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases and coordinate care
Requirements:
- NYS APRN License
- DEA#
- MSN in Nurse Practitioner
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities
