Salary: $275,000 to $320,000 a year with full benefits

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough medical evaluations and examinations
- Diagnose and treat injuries and illnesses, providing appropriate medical care and follow-up
- Develop and implement health programs to promote well-being and prevent occupational hazards
- Collaborate with HR, safety personnel, and management to address workplace health concerns and improve safety protocols
- Provide training and education on health and safety issues to employees and management
- Perform fitness-for-duty assessments and return-to-work evaluations
- Stay current with occupational health regulations and guidelines, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and documentation
- Participate in workplace health initiatives, health screenings, and vaccination programs
- Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution
- Board certification in Occupational Medicine, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
- DOT certification preferred
- DEA number and NPI required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational health, workplace safety, or a related area
- Valid medical license to practice in Colorado state
- Experience in occupational health, workplace safety, or a related area preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
