Occupational Therapist in Assisted Living
We are hiring an Occupational Therapist to join an Assisted Living Facility in Beaverton, Oregon. In this role, you’ll help residents regain independence through personalized therapy plans. If you enjoy working closely with individuals to improve their daily lives, this opportunity is for you.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess residents’ mobility and functional needs, creating tailored therapy plans.
- Provide hands-on therapy to support strength, coordination, and daily activities.
- Track progress, update care plans as needed, and maintain thorough records.
- Ensure all therapy practices align with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Active Oregon OT license.
- At least two years of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Familiarity with therapy techniques, EMR systems, and compliance standards.
