Full-Time Occupational Therapist – Oregon

In this position, you'll help residents regain functional independence and improve their quality of life through personalized therapy programs that meet their unique needs and goals.
Position Details
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
- Patient Volume: 7 patients per day / 35 patient visits per week
- Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 per year
Key Duties:
- Assess residents’ physical, cognitive, and emotional needs to develop tailored therapy strategies.
- Design and implement treatment plans that align with residents’ personal goals and medical guidance.
- Track progress, adapt plans as needed, and celebrate milestones with residents.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and stay current with best practices in occupational therapy.
How To Qualify:
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Oregon Occupational Therapist license.
- At least two years of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and healthcare software.
- Strong knowledge of current occupational therapy practices and regulations.
