Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant – Broomfield, CO
We are hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our orthopedic outpatient clinic in Broomfield, CO. This role involves working directly with patients, guiding them through exercises, assisting with functional tasks, and ensuring they maintain proper form and posture.
Compensation: Salary: $55,000 – $60,000
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | (4) 10-hour shifts: Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday (No weekends!)
Key Responsibilities:
- Treat 1-2 patients per hour.
- Guide and correct posture, ensuring patient safety during rehabilitation.
- Follow individualized treatment plans under a licensed Physical Therapist’s direction.
- Maintain thorough documentation of patient progress and treatment sessions.
Requirements:
- Active PTA license in Colorado.
- Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting.
- Skilled in manual therapy techniques and rehabilitation exercises under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
