Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant – Longmont, CO
We are looking to add a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Orthopedic Outpatient Officein Longmont, CO. In this role, you will be instrumental in improving our patient’s quality of life by creating individualized rehabilitation programs. By working together with licensed physical therapists, you will enable people to regain their independence and mobility.
Compensation:
- $55,000 – $60,000
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Or (4) 10-hour shifts: Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday (No weekends!)
Patient Volume:
- Treat 1-2 patients an hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in evaluating residents’ physical capabilities and limitations.
- Implement treatment plans focused on enhancing strength and mobility.
- Provide compassionate care while monitoring progress and reporting to the supervising PT.
Requirements:
- Active PTA license in Colorado.
- Associate’s Degree in Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting.
- Skilled in manual therapy techniques and rehabilitation exercises under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
