Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine patients' needs and establish treatment goals
- Develop and implement individual treatment plans tailored to each patient's lifestyle and preferences
- Utilize evidence-based practices and interventions to promote recovery and health
- Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation strategies and preventative care
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Participate in continuing education and training to stay current with advancements in the field
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) required
- Current California Physical Therapy License
- Prior experience in orthopedic outpatient settings preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with EMR systems (e.g., WebPT) is a plus
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
