Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 per year, plus full benefits.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5 Pm
Patient Volume: 1-2 per Hour

Team Structure: 3 Physical Therapists, 2 Physical Therapist Assistants, 4 Rehab Techs

Responsibilities:
- Recognize and fulfill the objectives and requirements of patients
- Maintain a patient load of 1 individual per hour
- Possess prior experience as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient settings
- Administer cost-effective therapies that enhance clients' range of motion and mobility
- Minimize the reliance on medication and propose non-surgical alternatives
- Current WA Physical Therapist License
- DPT Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Proven clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic setting
- Strong manual therapy skills and training
- Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
- No disciplinary actions or board actions on license
- Manual Therapy & Exercise Design Experience (Preferred)
