We are looking for a Physical Therapist to join a Skilled Nursing Facility in Port Jervis, NY. If you’re passionate about rehabilitation and helping patients improve mobility, this role is for you!
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Pay: $100,000 – $120,000 per year full benefits
Position Overview:
- 7 patients a day
- Perform thorough patient evaluations and create customized treatment plans.
- Use manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and assistive devices to enhance mobility.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to maximize patient progress.
Requirements
Requirements:
- NYS Physical Therapist License
- MSPT or DPT in Physical Therapy
- Minimum of two years of experience
