Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial patient assessments to determine their medical needs and create customized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and follow-up on their efficacy
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs, symptoms, and medical history to track their progress
- Educate patients and their families about healthcare procedures, medications, and disease management to promote better outcomes
- Assist physicians during medical procedures and surgeries to ensure patient safety and comfort
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care, ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Document patients' medical records accurately and thoroughly to ensure continuity of care
- Active Registered Nurse license and eligibility to practice nursing in the state of employment
- Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred
- At least 1 year of nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, families, and the healthcare team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts, as needed
