Responsibilities:
- See patients for care via telemedicine using the technology platform provided by the practice
- Create comprehensive patient assessments & aid in treatment planning
- Complete documentation in compliance with clinical and state requirements
- Provide excellent, personalized patient care aimed at addressing individual patient concerns
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Active license issued by the State of California (LCSW)
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Must be comfortable using computers and video-conferencing software; (previous telemedicine experience is a plus)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
