What you'll do:
- Conduct psychotherapy sessions with clients to address emotional, mental, and behavioral issues via telehealth
- Provide crisis intervention services for clients in acute distress
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Utilize diagnostic assessments and treatment planning
- Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to support clients with behavioral challenges
- Offer mental health counseling and therapy sessions tailored to individual needs
What we need:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health, or related field
- Active Clinical licensure and experience in LMFT/LCSW/LPCC
- Must have at least 2-4 years of experience providing individual, group and family therapy/counseling
- Comfortable with technology and distance-based management of patients
- Know how to use telehealth in counseling
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines for social work practice
- Ability to provide mental health counseling in a compassionate and effective manner
