Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Key Activities
- Conduct virtual counseling focused on achieving client aspirations.
- Address sub-clinical issues like work stress and life balance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance care delivery.
Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 annually with comprehensive benefits
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Active licensure in California as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT, or ability to obtain licensure.
- Proven experience in providing therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds.
- Dedication to cultural sensitivity and affirming care for all individuals.
- Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork abilities.
