Job Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Key Duties:
- Lead virtual therapy sessions to assist clients in better understanding their mental health needs
- Provide a supportive environment for clients to explore and express their emotions
- Help clients set and achieve realistic personal goals to improve their mental well-being
- Use your expertise to assess each client’s mental health and design a treatment plan that aligns with their needs
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, along with a competitive benefits package.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field
- Fully licensed to practice independently as:
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
