Employment Details:
- Job Type: Full-time, remote
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
- Develop customized treatment plans and adjust as needed
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client care
- Keep thorough and confidential documentation of client interactions
- Stay current with trends in mental health therapy and telehealth practices
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
- Active LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC license in California
- At least two years of clinical experience
- Strong ability to engage with clients in a virtual setting
- Experience in telehealth is a plus
