Position Details:
- Role: Full-time, Remote
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
- Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 annually comprehensive benefits
Your Role Will Include:
- Conducting virtual therapy sessions to support clients’ mental wellness.
- Creating a welcoming, supportive space for open communication.
- Assisting clients in setting and achieving personal growth objectives.
- Developing and executing individualized treatment strategies.
Qualifications:
- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
- Active independent licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).
- Experience in therapy, treatment planning, and virtual care.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with telehealth tools and platforms.
