Mental Health Therapist – Remote Role in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)

Role Details:
Conduct therapy sessions in a digital environment, offering guidance that promotes mental and emotional well-being.
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 per year benefits
Primary Responsibilities:
- Offer virtual counseling services customized to each client’s needs.
- Help individuals navigate challenges such as stress, motivation, and life transitions.
- Work in collaboration with a supportive professional team.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree (or higher) in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Valid California licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT (or ability to obtain one).
- Hands-on experience delivering therapy to individuals, families, or groups.
- Excellent ability to establish client rapport and provide compassionate care.
