Position Overview:
- Fully remote role with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Annual compensation: $100,000–$110,000 plus performance incentives
Your Role:
- Provide structured therapy sessions via secure video calls
- Build treatment plans using digital tools within an EMR system
- Participate in clinical consultations and skill-building sessions
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or Social Work
- Active Florida license: LMFT, LCSW, or LCMHC
- 1 year of independent clinical experience
- Comfortable working with CBT and related methods
- Experience across a range of client needs and cultural backgrounds
