Key Responsibilities:
- Offering online therapy sessions to individuals, families, and groups.
- Working with clients to develop practical solutions for their challenges.
- Responding to crises with calm and effective intervention strategies.
- Keeping detailed records while respecting client privacy.
- Staying connected with a supportive, multidisciplinary team.
Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 per year with full benefits
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure in California State as an LPPC, LCSW, LMFT, or eligibility for licensure.
- Demonstrated experience providing counseling services to individuals, families, and groups.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with diverse clients.
- Commitment to cultural competence and providing affirming care to individuals from all backgrounds.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both verbal and written.
