Job Type: Full-time, remote
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 per year
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver virtual therapy sessions using client-focused interventions.
- Customize treatment plans based on individual client goals.
- Help clients build resilience and develop coping mechanisms.
- Maintain accurate client records and session notes.
- Foster a supportive and confidential environment for therapy.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
- Active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in California.
- Three years of clinical experience in outpatient care.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable using digital tools for therapy and documentation.
