Position OverviewWe are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our growing team in Oregon. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and a passion for providing individual, group, and family counseling. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping clients navigate mental health challenges, improve their emotional well-being, and enhance their quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individual, group, and family counseling services tailored to client needs.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessments.
- Perform psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR) to support client progress.
- Offer crisis intervention and emotional support as needed.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and company standards.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and healthcare providers for coordinated care.
- Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and ongoing training for professional development.
- Active LPC license in the state of Oregon
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling.
- Proficiency in trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
- Strong skills in communication, active listening, and conflict resolution.
- Experience with EMR systems and clinical documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
