Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Location: Chula Vista, California

Pay: $90,000 - $100,000 per year benefits
Schedule: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

LMFT responsibilities include assessments, therapy, and treatment plans, requiring an active California license, CPR certification, and EMR familiarity, with a compassionate demeanor.
Responsibilities:- Provide teletherapy sessions to clients dealing with emotional, relational, and mental health challenges.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as CBT, DBT, EFT, and solution-focused therapy.
- Offer crisis intervention and support when needed.
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers to ensure integrated care.
- Participate in virtual team meetings, case reviews, and continuing education.
- Active LMFT license in California (required).
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy.
- Previous telehealth experience preferred.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and virtual therapy platforms.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
