Fan Experience Team Member

NJ/NY Gotham FC (“Gotham FC” or “the Club”) is a National Women’s Soccer League (“NWSL”) team representing New Jersey and New York. The team plays at Red Bull Arena in Harrison, NJ.

The Role

Gotham FC is seeking Fan Experience Team Members who will report to the Senior Manager, Fan Services, Experiences, Operations. The successful candidates will have experience in customer service and thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment. They will have a strong passion for women’s sports, the ability to work non-traditional hours, and be people oriented.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Team in executing fan experience packages during home matches including, but not limited to the fan experience related to: pre-game photos, the player procession, ball kids, and the half-time scrimmage.
• Identify group leaders, distribute wristbands to participants, and escort groups to fan experience locations.
• Communicate instruction at a high level with the fan experience group leaders to ensure fan experience packages are executed enjoyably, accurately, and safely.
• Distribute group incentives to group leaders
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and/or sales related positions.
• Knowledge of soccer matches is preferred.
• Detail oriented
• Problem solver, can think quickly on their feet.
• Available for Gotham FC 2025 season home matches, which includes time periods from pre-match to post-match.
  
  

Capability & Other Characteristics

• People-oriented, friendly, and energetic.
• Comfortable interacting with large numbers of new people.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  
  

Location:

Based at the location of Gotham FC’s home matches, which is primarily Sports Illustrated Stadium, in Harrison, NJ; however, it is possible that a home match may need to be played at another venue. Ability to attend all home games and any mandatory events, as necessary. Gotham FC requires its associates to live in its market, that is, within reasonable commuting distance of Gotham FC’s offices, practice facility and Sports Illustrated Arena.

Salary range: $30 per hour, non-benefits eligible
