Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Distribution Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for order selection, loading products for shipment, shipping and receiving inbound and outbound deliveries, maintaining inventory quality control throughout the process, and supporting daily warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and stage the correct product item number, quantities, and shelf life for shipment.
• Inspect product quality while selecting orders and isolate products with quality defects.
• Pack products on pallets or carts, shrink wrapping and labeling as needed.
• Move products to/from storage and loading dock for shipping and receiving.
• Accurately record product information on paperwork and enter into ERP systems.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting preferred
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive a box truck
• Basic math skills and ability to use computers and ERP systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
