Key Job Responsibilities

  • Client Welcome and Check-in: Provide a warm welcome to clients, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
  • Transaction and Appointment Management: Accurately manage appointments and transactions, maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Phone Handling and Communication: Answer phones and relay messages promptly, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
  • Closing Procedures: Follow established closing procedures to ensure a secure and organized environment.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain the cleanliness of the front desk area and assist with towel, wrap, and boxing glove management.
  • Event Support: Assist with setup and breakdown of group fitness classes, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  • Punctuality and Reliability: Prioritize tasks, work efficiently, and maintain punctuality to meet daily expectations.

Requirements

  • English Fluency: Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, consistently meeting client needs.
  • Organizational and Multitasking Skills: Utilize strong organizational and multitasking abilities to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
