Key Responsibilities
Technology Strategy and Innovation
- Develop a multi-year tech roadmap aligning with asset growth goals.
- Evaluate AI, machine learning, cloud computing, and analytics for competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with leadership to translate business needs into tech solutions.
- Foster innovation and monitor industry trends to maintain leadership.
- Report progress and KPIs to stakeholders.
- Manage vendor relationships for cost-effective solutions.
Application Development and Data Governance
- Oversee SaaS platform integration, ensuring security and alignment with objectives.
- Lead custom software development for portfolio analysis and CRM tools.
- Establish data governance for compliance, accuracy, and lifecycle management.
- Drive business intelligence and automation to enhance decision-making and efficiency.
- Ensure agile development delivers scalable, high-quality solutions.
Infrastructure and Operations
- Design scalable, secure architectures for global operations.
- Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance and cost.
- Deploy collaboration tools for New York, European, and Asian offices.
- Manage IT budget, balancing innovation and fiscal responsibility.
- Modernize legacy systems and ensure reliable IT operations.
Cybersecurity and Risk Management
- Enforce cybersecurity to protect sensitive data and comply with SEC, GDPR, and other regulations.

Your Profile should include:
- Experience: CTO or senior tech leader in asset management, hedge funds, or private equity, with focus across application development and infrastructure.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Technical Expertise: Proficient in software development, SaaS, cloud (e.g., Azure), and analytics. Financial systems experience preferred.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor high-performing tech teams.
- Business Acumen: Aligns tech with financial services goals for measurable results.
- Communication: Conveys complex ideas to non-technical audiences.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiar with SEC, CFTC, FCA, and data privacy laws.
