What You’ll Be Doing:

- Lead with Innovation: Stay at the cutting edge of AI/ML advancements for bioinformatics and pioneer the adoption of transformative methodologies.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with immunologists and bioinformaticians to interpret model outputs and inform experimental research.

What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5 years of hands-on experience in machine learning and bioinformatics within academic or industry settings.
- Proficiency in Python and R, with experience using advanced ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong understanding of deep learning, neural networks, and unsupervised learning.
- Experience with genomic, transcriptomic, or proteomic datasets.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed computing (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
- A passion for solving complex problems in immunology, HLA-peptide binding, or protein structure prediction is a big advantage.
