What You’ll Be Doing:

• Drive Discovery: Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models to decode the intricate relationships between genomics and proteomics.
• Innovate at Scale: Collaborate with data engineers to harness and preprocess massive biological datasets for advanced computational analysis.
• Push Boundaries: Design and implement deep learning models to predict TCR binding affinity, advancing the design of novel immunotherapies.
• Unlock Insights: Apply sophisticated computational biology techniques to extract actionable insights from multi-omics data.
• Lead with Innovation: Stay at the cutting edge of AI/ML advancements for bioinformatics and pioneer the adoption of transformative methodologies.
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with immunologists and bioinformaticians to interpret model outputs and inform experimental research.
• Contribute to Science: Present groundbreaking findings to diverse teams and help shape research publications and patents.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5 years of hands-on experience in machine learning and bioinformatics within academic or industry settings.
• Proficiency in Python and R, with experience using advanced ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong understanding of deep learning, neural networks, and unsupervised learning.
• Experience with genomic, transcriptomic, or proteomic datasets.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed computing (Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
• A passion for solving complex problems in immunology, HLA-peptide binding, or protein structure prediction is a big advantage.
