The Level 3 Engineer will be part of a highly skilled technical team working with Windows-based servers, virtualization systems, network and security-based products.
We are seeking a skilled End-User Computing Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will specialize in Microsoft’s Modern Workplace technologies, including Microsoft 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, Intune, and related tools as well as Citrix Virtual Desktop. This role requires strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to implement and support scalable and secure solutions that enhance collaboration and productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 & 3 support for Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies, including Office 365, Teams, OneDrive and Exchange Online.
- Configure, deploy, and manage devices and applications using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize the performance and security of Microsoft Modern Workplace environments.
- Provide Level 2 & 3 support for Citrix environments, including XenApp, XenDesktop, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix ADC (NetScaler), and StoreFront.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Citrix-related issues, including application publishing, session management, and connectivity problems.
- Manage policies, profiles, and user access to ensure a secure and seamless end-user experience.
- Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and troubleshooting steps.
Requirements:
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace technologies.
- Experience with device management tools, particularly Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
- Strong knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (XenApp/XenDesktop), Citrix ADC (NetScaler), and StoreFront.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex Microsoft and Citrix-related issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide support, document configurations, and work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing projects or tasks with minimal supervision.

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies and Citrix administration.
- Microsoft certifications such as MS-100, MS-101, MD-100, MD-101, or equivalent.
- Citrix certifications such as CCA-V, CCP-V, or equivalent
Total compensation for this role is expected to be between $90,000 and $120,000
