A leading financial technology firm specializing in high-powered solutions for the financial sector is seeking a Financial Systems Application Developer to take ownership of maintaining and enhancing our financial applications and databases. In this role, you'll be the go-to technical expert for system implementations, upgrades, and optimizations—playing a crucial role in shaping the future of financial technology.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serving as the first point of contact for technical issues, ensuring seamless operation of financial systems (including 3E and related applications).
- Developing and deploying robust financial reporting tools using SQL, SSRS, Power BI, and other custom reporting solutions.
- Writing clean, efficient, and scalable code in C# and VB.NET to enhance system performance.
- Collaborating with finance and IT teams to build, maintain, and optimize applications that support critical financial operations.
- Designing and implementing APIs and integrations to ensure smooth data flow between financial applications.
- Troubleshooting and debugging applications, identifying performance bottlenecks, and optimizing system efficiency.
- Keeping up with emerging tech trends and best practices to continuously improve the firm’s financial systems.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, with 5 years of experience in application development—law firm or financial services experience is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with 3E or Aderant systems and their integrations is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in .NET development (C#, VB.NET), SQL Server, and REST APIs.
- Experience with database management, Microsoft Analytical Services, and MDX.
- Familiarity with Elite Design Gallery (EDG) and web development (XML, XSLT, XPATH) is a plus.
- Cloud experience with Azure or AWS is a bonus.
- A proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
