Our direct client, is seeking a hands-on IT Specialist to join a small but dynamic IT team. This role offers exposure to a wide range of technologies and exciting upcoming projects, including cybersecurity initiatives and a data center relocation.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for end-user support, ensuring seamless technical operations.
- Manage and maintain hardware and software, including Windows PCs, Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems, peripherals, printers, telephony, and office security infrastructure.
- Oversee server administration, including Active Directory, Office 365, Citrix VDI, Nutanix, and backup solutions.
- Maintain clear and organized IT documentation
- Support and contribute to key IT initiatives, including disaster recovery, security enhancements, and mobile device management.
Requirements:
- Strong foundation in IT infrastructure, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Proficiency in Windows OS management, including user privileges, file sharing, and system configurations.
- Experience managing IT environments through administrative consoles.
- Familiarity with documentation best practices, ticketing systems, and knowledge sharing.
- Ability to take notes, compose meeting summaries, and communicate key updates effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Citrix technologies is a plus.
Salary : $75,000 - $100,000
