Job Summary:
The IT System Administrator will support users and manage the infrastructure of a global company as part of a small US-based IT team. This role involves providing technical support, managing systems and networks, and contributing to key IT projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user support for hardware, software, PCs (Windows), Office Suite, ERP systems, peripherals, and phones.
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including Nutanix, Active Directory, Office 365, Citrix VDIs, and backup systems.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including procedures and system diagrams.
- Participate in projects such as VDI deployments, disaster recovery, security enhancements, and mobile device management.
Requirements:
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
- Proficiency in Windows OS configuration, user privileges, and file access.
- Experience managing systems via administrative consoles and IT ticketing systems.
- Effective documentation, note-taking, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
