• Harness the Tools: Leverage monitoring powerhouses like ExtraHop, OpsRamp, Splunk, SolarWinds, and BackBox to analyze, optimize, and elevate our network and DNS (Bluecat) environments.
• Escalate with Precision: Know when to loop in the Operations Line Manager or Engineering team to tackle production challenges head-on.
• Be Ready 24/7: Join our weekly on-call rotation (24/7/365) and step up when it matters most.
• Document Your Genius: Create and maintain clear, detailed documentation and diagrams that keep our systems transparent and scalable.

What You Bring: Skills That Set You Apart

• Education & Experience: A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (engineering, computer science, or similar)—or equivalent experience—and 10 years of hands-on network support in a mission-critical setting.
