System Administrator

IT System Administrator Reports to the Vice President of Information Systems, will support users and manage the infrastructure of the IT environment of a global company.

Technical Responsibility:

• Assuming a key position for user support by providing end users with their technical needs in all aspects.
• Manage the operation and maintenance of all hardware and software, including PCs (Windows, Office, ERP software), peripherals, printers, phones, office infrastructure, and security systems.
• Handling server-side management, including Nutanix, Active Directory, Office 365, Citrix VDIs, and backup management.
• Update internal documents by writing procedure documents, diagrams, and manuals.
• Become a part of running projects, including Nutanix, Citrix VDI, disaster recovery and security enhancements, and mobile management.

Requirements:

• Own through understanding and experience in basic IT concepts.
• Able to troubleshoot on hardware and software.
• Basic Windows OS configuration and management, including client vs server, privileges, and file share access.
• Manage through managing consoles.
• Understand documenting, reporting, knowledge sharing, and the purpose of ticket systems.
• Take notes, compose meeting notes, and summarize for the team.
• Windows and Citrix knowledge will be a plus
