Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Landscape Foreman, located in San Marcos, CA. The Landscape Foreman will be responsible for overseeing daily landscape maintenance, managing irrigation systems, and ensuring the quality of landscape design and construction projects. Additional responsibilities include supervising crew members, coordinating with clients, and ensuring that all tasks and projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Qualifications
- Skills in Landscape Maintenance and Landscape Management
- Experience with Irrigation and Landscape Construction
- Knowledge of Landscape Design
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Relevant certifications or licenses in landscaping are a plus
- Valid driver's license
