About the Company :
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead, plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. The Operations Manager will oversee all aspects of project life cycles, from initial planning to implementation and completion. This role requires excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills to ensure project goals align with our company's objectives and stakeholders' expectations.
About the Role :
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets. Define project deliverables and success criteria. Manage projects and communication within Ohio site, Fremont site, and China headquarter. Plan and monitor monthly budget so as to not exceed the site budget restrictions. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and correspondence, ensuring all project records are accurate and up-to-date. Completes a wide variety of office and administrative duties as required by daily operations. Provides effective correspondence with staff as dictated by supervisor. Purchases supplies, equipment, and services as needed and prepares purchase requisitions within OA software. Supervises Office Operations Assistant. Attends and helps to lead all required training sessions and follows / monitors all safety regulations.
