Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to support the efficient operation of our warehouse. Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment.
- Lead and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, ensuring optimal productivity and accuracy.
- Oversee inventory control processes, including cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse activities.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and procurement, to streamline workflows.
- Train and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture.
Qualifications:
- Proven 5 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (e.g., AS400 or similar platforms).
- Strong understanding of inventory control and shipping/receiving processes.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in process improvement methodologies.
- Basic understanding of transportation management principles.
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $80k –$120k, plus eligibility for bonus and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by factors such as the role, level, and geographic location.
