What to Expect
Gotion are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to assist in the efficient operation of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in warehouse operations, supply chain processes, and transportation management, contributing to the day-to-day activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Support day-to-day warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and dispatching
- Maintain accurate stock levels through inventory control processes
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline warehouse operations

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $60k -$80k, plus eligibility for bonus and benefits.
