The Digital Product Manager, Marketing Technologies will play a key role in building and optimizing GoTo Foods’ marketing technology ecosystem, with a primary focus on the Customer Data Platform (CDP), marketing automation, and customer journey orchestration. This individual will work cross-functionally to ensure the MarTech stack effectively supports all customer touchpoints, including marketing, social, and media. This role will be instrumental in defining the MarTech strategies and creating scalable solutions.
Essential Functions
- MarTech Platform Strategy & Execution
- Oversee the Customer Data Platform (CDP), ensuring seamless integration with all MarTech tools to enable a 360-degree customer view.
- Lead the implementation of marketing automation solutions, ensuring campaigns are data-driven, personalized, and optimized for engagement.
- Develop customer journey orchestration strategies to create seamless omni-channel experiences across digital, social, and paid media.
- Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in marketing workflows, replacing manual processes with scalable, automated solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Business Alignment
- Partner with marketing, media, loyalty, development, and data teams to translate business needs into clear product requirements and technical solutions.
- Gather and analyze feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve MarTech platform functionality and user experience.
- Develop and present data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership to guide MarTech investment decisions.
- Data & Analytics
- Ensure data quality, governance, and privacy compliance across all MarTech platforms.
- Develop and implement attribution models to measure the impact of marketing campaigns and optimize spending.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track key performance metrics related to customer engagement, marketing automation, and personalization efforts.
- Social, Media & Digital Integration
- Integrate social media and paid media platforms into the MarTech stack, ensuring seamless audience targeting and engagement.
- Leverage social listening and analytics to inform marketing strategies and improve real-time engagement.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on emerging MarTech trends, AI-driven personalization, and customer experience innovations.
- Identify opportunities for new tools, integrations, and automations that enhance marketing effectiveness and scalability.
- Evaluate and recommend MarTech vendors and solutions that align with business needs and long-term growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field, Required
- MBA or Graduate Degree, Preferred
- 5-7 years of product management experience, with a strong focus on marketing technology and customer data platforms (CDP), marketing automation, and analytics.
- Expertise in customer data, audience segmentation, identity resolution, and data governance.
- Experience with MarTech tools, including CDP, marketing automation (Braze, Salesforce, Adobe, etc.), and analytics platforms.
- Strong knowledge of customer journey mapping, marketing attribution, and real-time personalization strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Familiarity with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and customer preference management.
