- Develop a comprehensive technical strategy that aligns with our loyalty and marketing goals, ensuring seamless integration of various marketing technology and loyalty platforms.
- Work alongside product managers and technical leads to define and maintain a technical roadmap that supports the evolution of our loyalty and marketing technology stack.
- Lead the technical integration efforts of Loyalty platforms, CRM systems, marketing automation tools, digital analytics, paid media, and customer data platforms to form a cohesive marketing technology ecosystem.
- Ensure that the loyalty and marketing technology stack is scalable, secure, and optimized for performance, delivering a seamless experience across all customer touchpoints.
- Partner with Customer Experience, Digital, Data Science, and Data Engineering teams to ensure that loyalty and marketing technologies are not only integrated but also utilize the full potential of our data and technical infrastructure.
- Translate product roadmaps into executable projects, aligning with the overall strategic vision and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Act as a technical liaison between the loyalty, marketing and technology departments, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and operational excellence.
- Drive the implementation of best practices in software development and data management within the marketing technology sphere.
- Bachelors preferred
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a technical role within loyalty and marketing technology, with a deep understanding of the technical aspects of loyalty platforms, CRM, marketing automation, digital analytics, and customer data platforms.
- No less than 8 years of proven hands-on experience implementing, integrating and optimizing Loyalty platforms, CRM, Marketing Automation systems, customer data platforms, etc.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role overseeing the integration of complex, multi-faceted marketing technology solutions.
- Proven experience working with product managers and developing and executing a technical roadmap for loyalty and marketing technologies.
- Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the capability to articulate technical strategies and complex concepts to a diverse range of stakeholders.
- May be required to travel up to 25% of the time
