What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager, Non-Traditional & Field Marketing position at GOTO Foods?
The Manager, Non-Trad & Field Marketing provides strategy support and expertise to drive demand generation efforts to grow sales locally and in non-traditional venues including travel centers, airports, C&U, etc. This position collaborates very closely with franchisees directly, so this candidate must have strong business acumen and maintain a professional "can-do" attitude. Understanding traffic and sales-driving initiatives for priority venues, markets, and franchisee groups requires creative problem solving and openness to new services, partnerships, and vendors that provide the strongest ROI. This position will also help ensure new stores get seamlessly onboarded to our first- and third-party digital channels, offering suggestions for ongoing digital success and / or marketing promotions. He / She / They reports to the Director of Brand Marketing and collaborates with brand marketing, franchise performance and cross-functional counterparts to develop non-trad & local marketing plans that complement the national calendar.
